The American culture is usually just to spend each and every penny we earn & then some. Do not buy the luxurious toys though you really deserve it. In some fixed financial times, we in fact have to be more realistic.

Settle on what a need is and what a want is. For example Cable TV is not actually a need. The necessities are food, clothing housing and transportations. Coke is not truly a need however water is healthy and we need it to survive. But why to bottle it and spend more money on that..??

After writing down what are your expenditures, make a plan. Prepare each and every dollar which you want to spend ant note it down again.

Trade your car if having a large payment. Buy a modest car for which you can pay for & use the rest of the money for getting out of the debt.

Do not acquire new debts and try to get out of the debt as soon as possible. Try to be within your means & don’t charge on the credit cards.

Go for another income stream. Do something new to make more money within a short stage of time.
